Grow

Women of the church and community meet once a week to work through a Bible study book together.  We have studied a variety of authors and used different video/discussion formats.  There is typically one morning meeting and one evening meeting a week with summer off.

Men meet once weekly (typically during the winter months) to have a discussion about faith centered around a book selection.

Youth group meets most Wednesdays throughout the school year.  The students participate in a variety of discussions and activities.

On Sundays we have Children’s Church for children ages 3-7 during the service.  There is also Sunday School for grades 3-12 immediately following the service.

GEMS is an exciting, safe environment for girls in grades 1-8 to learn about God, His Word, and His world. Find out more: http://gemsgc.org/

Serve

Do you have any special talents that could enhance our service?   Perhaps you sing or play an instrument or are willing to do a reading.  We encourage participation.  Please contact the church office to let us know how you would like to be involved.

If you are someone who is active on social media and knows the “ins and outs” of how to use it effectively, we could use your help.

We support a variety of missionaries and ministries around the world.  In doing so, we like to incorporate a taste of those ministries here at home.  If this interests you, please contact the church office.

We are a church family that loves caring for each other.  If you are someone who enjoys serving others through cooking, baking or serving in that way please let us know.

We have an active women’s ministry that is always open to fresh ideas, different perspectives, or another pair of hands to join in the fun.  You are welcome to participate in any women’s ministry activity or meeting.  Details are listed in the bulletin on upcoming events/meetings.

Support

Decades ago, the members of WCRC started a school to educate the community’s children.  There are now several denominations represented at CCS.  While the church and school are run independent of each other, the church supports the school through prayer, participation and financial giving. http://www.celeryville.org/

The Food Bank committee works to assist our local Food Bank and help minister to the Willard Community.  Please contact the church office or Sue Fridsma if you are interested in helping.
