Current Series: The Life of Christ
Why is Jesus’ life important? The Apostle's Creed skips over most of Jesus' life and ministry. But the church thought Jesus’ whole story was so important, that they based their yearly seasons and celebrations on key events of his life.
Over the next few months, we will use the Gospel of Matthew to explore Jesus’ life as it corresponds to the church calendar. Matthew’s vivid storytelling will reveal how Jesus’s actions reveal who we are, what we've been given, and how to follow Him today. By rehearsing and remembering Jesus’ stories, we invite the same Spirit to work in us as we follow Christ.
